Our church loves to go to the beach. We feel that God's creation is a natural beauty that is a reflection of his Glory for us to see on earth. For 2011 we are planning a continuation of our "Worship at the beach" series that we started in 2008. We will travel by bus from our conference venue to Swift's beach where we worship on the sand (weather permitting) after lunch we enjoy the rest of the afternoon swimming, volley-balling, getting wet, sunbathing, enjoying fellowship and generally enjoying all that God has blessed us with. Our tentative plan is for our beach day to be July 3, 2011. We require a lot of prayer for the planning of this trip, specifically for appropriate beach weather, logistical blessings, and many other items to fall into place for this enjoyable worship/play session. God Blessed us with a terrific trip in 2010. We also have a backup plan if the weather is not ordained for beach weather so you will not be disappointed. Come ready for a great time!!!!!!!! You will have one. We went to "Swifts Beach" in 2010 we hope that will be our destination again in 2011.
